Organisers of the Malta iGaming Seminar have re-scheduled this year’s event following consultation with a number of delegates who raised concerns over timing of the event which they did not want to miss. This year's MiGS will now take place on September 11th and 12th 2012 with the Hilton Malta venue remaining unchanged.
Commenting on the decision to move back the dates, BMIT CEO Christian Sammut explained: “There has been an unsurpassed level of interest in this year’s event but many of those planning to attend were finding it difficult to organise their diaries. The original dates coincided with the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations in the UK and other European holidays meant that it was difficult to re-schedule around the original dates.
“The new September dates will place MiGS beyond the summer holiday period and away from other industry events. MiGS’ growing importance in the gaming events calendar has been founded on a culture of reacting to feedback from delegates and that is exactly what we have done,” revealed Christian.
Whilst originally focusing on Malta as a jurisdiction, MiGS now attracts delegates from across the globe that represent every part of the industry. Spaces at this exclusive and must-attend event are limited and all delegates must pre-register to take part.
